This course introduced me to concepts such as socialization, social class and global inequality.​ Through this course I wrote a paper where I throughly explored the relationship between social class and health. This paper is linked to the picture below.

This course covered topics related to the individuals place in society and the larger societal structures and interactions that influence human behavior and health outcomes.

This course allowed me to understand how culture can be expressed through the arts. Moreover, it also taught me about the techniques filmmakers used to convey their message. Through this course I compared two films and explore how both culture and cinematography were used to tell their coming of age stories. This paper is attached below.
